by ok i was fighing with a guy named stiorpk3 and i hit him a couple of times and while he was eating another guy attacked me and killed me when i had low hp i dont know if this is a report situation or not i could care less about my gear i lost but id just like to report it

Yeah your a donor you should read the rules, I mean you don't want to accidentally break one without knowing it was one, getting banned, and then losing your donation rights.
So I highly recommend going to read the rules founded right here...

And observe them because "pjing" or "Player-Jumping" is allowed in Project Destiny so again I recommend reading the rules for future reference and piece of mind.
