That means you went over the max amount of cash, your problem.

the point is that we cant prove u had 1.9bil and u dont know what happened if u had proof ( pictures ) it will solve this faster ..

Alright there's two solutions here, first one is if he did do ::backup all he needs is Destiny to load your backup file. And if you didn't then the second one is more complicated and takes a bit of server knowledge, see the Owner & or Co-owner can access the server logs and it could take a few minutes but you can actually find out if you had that much cash so you can't really lie to a server Owner.
And I highly doubt he went over max cash because 1.9 Bil isn't max cash, 2.148 Bil is max cash.
